Front teeth of the upper jaw before and after treatment

Before and After Gold Onlay
FILLINGS
A filling is usually required when a tooth has decay, cracks or chips. Once diagnosed, the tooth is then prepared prior to placing a white composite resin in to the cavity (or amalgam if necessary) which will mimic the natural shape and colour of the tooth
The tooth is cleaned then a white composite resin material is crafted to replicate your tooth
If a tooth is sensitive or may become so during treatment, a local anesthetic can be offered for a comfortable, pain free, anxiety free visit.
INLAY AND ONLAYS
Another alternative to fillings are Inlays and Onlays. They are stronger and will last longer than fillings and can be made out of either porcelain or gold
These are constructed by our high quality laboratory technicians to colour match them to your tooth shade.
They are then ‘glued’ into your tooth. Inlays and onlays can provide additional strength and coverage for someone with a ‘heavy bite’.
