Problem
Patient presented with three missing teeth on the upper left hand side and chipped edges of upper front teeth
Treatment
Two dental implants were placed into the jaw where the teeth were missing. After 3 months of healing, a porcelain bridge was placed on to the implants to replace the three missing teeth. The edges of his four front upper teeth were built up with composite material.
